I enjoy going to this place. I am a bigger woman and well I felt comfortable due to how proffesional the young lady was to me. I have been there 3 times and will be going back. It is a little painful but its worth it. Kitty looks pretty after.

I started coming here at the beginning of 2021 looking to try waxing for the first time and it was very intimidating at first. My first appointment was with Ash and she did an amazing job on explaining everything for me and was very professional. The staff also make it very easy to schedule appointments via phone call as well. For the quality of service the prices are beyond fair as well.

I absolutely love Pretty Kitty. I’ve been going to Breanna regularly and she’s been so great. She makes the entire process so easy, I always feel relaxed and comfortable and she’s quick! This location is well kept and adorably decorated, and I’m always greeted so sweetly when I come in.

Brooke is an expert at waxing and so nice. She did a great job with my eyebrows and my Brazilian waxing service. I definitely recommend her to my friends and family. Brooke takes the time to explain everything and let me know the aftercare process which is good because I was going to go swimming and good thing she warned me not to lol. She’s great and the Pretty Kitty is a place I’d go to again. The office is so cute and clean and smells good!

I saw Brooke at the Chino Hills location and she made an awkward experience more comfortable than I expected. I was serviced with the Brazilian, whole leg and eyebrows. I must say that I was extremely nervous because I am overweight at 250 pounds. I wasn’t sure if bigger girls like me got the Brazilian which caused my anxiety and shyness. I let her know that I was nervous and she assured me there was nothing to worry about. She was very professional and kind. She exceeded my expectations as she explained the whole process and informed me of the after process. Now to my eyebrows. I must mention that I am extremely picky with who does my brows. I consider brow waxing an art and usually find my brow artist on IG. However, because of my experience with Brooke’s service for the Brazilian and leg waxing, I ask her to do my brows days later. She has such beautiful brows herself so that also made me trust her service. Again, she exceeded my expectations. I’m sticking with Brooke from now on for my eyebrows!! I live in Corona but come to Chino Hills for my Brazilian wax just because of the staff. Jasmine C is very friendly and professional- I highly recommend her. She even walked me out to my car before when it was pouring rain with her umbrella! If that isn't good service I don't know what is.
