Late Appointments
We try our best to accommodate late clients. We understand that life gets in the way and things happen, however your tardiness can affect our other scheduled appointments. Please keep in mind that we book our appointments every 15 mins so if you are running late, it may be hard for us to accommodate you.
If you have multiple services booked and you are running late, you may have to forgo parts of your service to keep within the time you are booked for. We recommend clients to come in at least 5 to 10 mins early to fill out our client card if you haven’t filled it out online and to give time to use the restroom prior to your service. If you are running late, please call and let us know so that we may be better able to accommodate you. Please understand that we may have to reschedule your appointment to a different time slot.
Scheduling
We highly recommend that you book in advance so that you can get the day and time you desire as we are very busy. Please also take into consideration of booking around your period. We wax clients that are menstruating and so we do not consider that a valid reason for cancellation.
24 Hour cancellation and rescheduling
We require that our clients provide us with a 24-cancellation notice for services that are scheduled for 45 mins or more and a 5 hour notice for services that are 30 mins or less. This is so that we may be able to offer your time slot to another client. We understand sometimes this isn’t possible, however if failure to provide 24 hours’ notice becomes a habit, then we may charge 50% of the services scheduled. We consider 2 last min cancellations to your appointment in a 6-month period to be a habit.
No Shows
No shows will be charged a fee that 50% of the service you had booked. You will receive 2 texts and an email to confirm your appointment. Please understand that it is your responsibility to confirm and to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid these fees.
Pricing
We do not provide custom pricing for less or lighter hair. The same areas will need to be waxed over to ensure a smooth and even result. We also do not give discounts if you opt out of a certain part of the wax that you have scheduled.
Professional Behavior
We are a professional establishment. We will always strive to conduct ourselves in a professional manner and expect our clients to as well. Any comments or behavior that are sexual, sexist, racist, discriminatory, or threatening, will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to refuse or end service to anyone that is in violation of this policy.
Sick Policy
Please have respect for our staff and do not come to your appointment if you are unwell. When you come sick, you are exposing our staff which can lead to them getting sick and unable to work. This puts a strain on them financially and their fellow coworkers who must cover for them. If you are visibly unwell when you come to your appointment, you will be asked to reschedule.
